The discount is 40% of the normal advertised price. The price advertised is for the villa which sleeps nine people per night. This offer applies if the booking is made between one and two weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made via our web site and paid in advance via credit card for your security.

Please make sure you tell the villa you want their last minute bargain rate in the enquiry form.

This offer is only valid, subject to availability / whatever conditions the villa may set, for reservations that fall in the period from 09-Mar-2008 to 30-Sep-2008. Offers are unlikely to be valid for existing bookings and / or combined with other offers.
